Holiday Gift Guide: Gift Ideas with Naturally Brittany | JCPenney

(pop music) – Today I’m going to share
with you the ultimate of grandparent gift guides. And I’m gonna show you everything that we picked up today from JCPenney to surprise my parents with the ultimate thank you, we appreciate you, gift. (pop music) ♪ Come out and play ♪ ♪ It’s Saturday ♪ ♪ And I promise I love
you much better now ♪ ♪ The sour taste ♪ ♪ Will wash away ♪ – So I was focusing on
my mom and my dad today also I brought Kaylee along with me and I couldn’t help
but look at a few gifts for the kids. Now this is gonna be part two of the video so if you actually want to
see us shopping in store and you wanna see the
wide array of everything that they carry and what they’ve got going
on right now for gifts then make sure you hop over to my channel which is Naturally
Brittany here on YouTube and you can see the part
one and all the shopping and even more ideas. So, without further ado, lets get into it. Let me show you what I got. The first thing that really caught my eye and I knew I wanted to include were these little luxury spa sets. So this one here, it’s
the hydrangea peony set. First of all, love the
packaging, it’s beautiful all of the florals, the
smell is really nice and they have so many things
that all coordinate together. So, regardless if your mom
is into baths or journaling they even had journals and
pens with the same design. So cute, so this is gonna
be the center of my gift. I wanted to go with the beautiful, but also classy pinks and florals. This set here it’s scented bath treats, so it’s in a little bath,
you’ve got the body wash you’ve got some body lotion, hand cream, bath salts, a loofah,
there’s even a body scrub. Everything you could
need to have a pampering bath experience. Looks gorgeous. And then from that same coordinating line I also picked up the candle, which I think looks so pretty. My mom always has, you know,
candles in her bathroom and throughout the house
and this just smells so nice it’s like a fresh hydrangea peony. Love that it matches and
says, “Hello gorgeous”, perfect for my mom. One thing too, my theme
for the gift is not only classy and bath and spa, I want it to be relaxing because my parents just watched our kids while we were away in Europe. And really I wanted this gift to say thank you so much, and take a little time (laughing) to decompress and relax. So I also found this plush sinus pillow. This is so soft, its like soft fluffy, like a kitty foot. And it’s filled with like amazing lavender essential oil scent, and you’ve got flaxseeds in there so I can just picture my
mom lighting the candle and laying down, relaxing with this little fluffy pillow and just taking it all in, you know? Perfect. I think any woman in
your life would love that but especially my mom,
who totally deserves it. They also had these really,
super soft, but not too soft, you know those ones that hurt your hands? That’s not this, these
are the perfect softness and they’re also really cushy. So these socks, you get two in a pack for five bucks, plus
you can use your coupons on them as well. These I really am excited about and Kaylee had fun
picking them out with me. I also picked up a scarf for my mom, it is getting pretty chilly here in Oregon and I think pretty much
everywhere is getting cold now we’re starting to get into Winter and a scarf is one of those essentials. This one I thought was really nice because it’s like a mid-weight scarf. They also had extra chunky ones and thinner ones as well. But I thought this was really nice, it’s got a nice pattern to it, it’s fluffy, and the
gray is pretty neutral. Speaking of warm and cozy, you can’t be warm and cozy here without some cozy boots, right? So, I found an awesome deal on these boots from Arizona Jean Co. They are like the cutest cable knit boots and they’re extra soft. So I went with a neutral gray, they also had these in
a lighter tone as well. But I thought the gray
would go really good with the scarf and you can mix and match. Plus these have memory foam in them, and I’ve gotten many pairs
of shoes from JCPenney before the memory foam ones are they’re the best. So, I thought these would be a win. I couldn’t finish off my moms gift without picking up a handbag. There were so many to choose from this was probably the most difficult part of the whole shopping for my mom. This one though I thought
was the perfect mix of nice smooth and nice looking as well but also it’s very functional, like it fits perfectly under your arm. The straps here, they open really easily and it’s comfortable, this is a little bit wider up here so its not cutting into you. Plus, I just think that this
is the right size for my mom, she’s gonna wanna be able
to carry a few things maybe throw a cardigan
in here or her scarf, but not make it so heavy that she’s gonna be straining her neck, so I thought this was the
right size, looks beautiful, these were on a great sale as well. It’s gonna match great
with the gray booties and the scarf and she
can mix and match these with whatever she’s got,
so I thought the gray and the pinks are just
gonna look so nice together. So that finishes off the
gift that I put together for my mom. I hope she loves it. For my dad, now this can be
a little bit more difficult shopping for men is always
just a little harder. But, I came up with
some really great ideas and they have so many
fun gift sets for dads. Like if you’re shopping
for a man who drinks beer, or needs shaving supplies,
or is into any sports team they got you covered. My dad is a little bit
more difficult to shop for but, who doesn’t need a new wallet? I feel like every man has been
using the same wallet since they first got their first wallet, you know what I mean? Like, they need an update. So this one from Levi’s I
thought was so nice looking. They’ve got both bi-fold
and tri-fold options. I think this one just looks so classy, like it’s nice and smooth
and I think my dad’s really gonna like it. And of course, you can
do gift receipts as well so if he wanted to swap it
out for the bi-fold he could I think Levi’s is just
a really classic brand. So, you can’t loose there. Plus, they also have belts if
you know your dad’s belt size or you can always shoot
your mom a quick text. Also for my dad I decided to
pick up these really awesome key trackers. These
are from Sharper Image, They’ve got tons of
different tech products, and also some fun s’mores
makers and things like that. But these key trackers are awesome, if you loose your keys, or if you just have a
lot of different keys to keep track of, which my dad does. He’s got a lot of
different things he manages and keeps track of so I thought these are gonna be, he’s gonna love this, he’s
gonna love getting these. I’ve had a tracker on my
keys for a couple years now but gifting them for my dad,
this is gonna be perfect something that he wouldn’t
have thought to get but he’s gonna love it. I wanted to get him things
that everyday he’ll use and he’ll be like, “Oh, my daughter was so
nice, thinking of me.” (laughing) And the last thing that
I picked up for my dad was this St. Johns Bay flannel. They have tons of different prints and options when it comes to flannels. They also had some really
nice fleece button up shirts too, which I think were really nice. I just think this will
look really good on my dad and it’s also very soft and I can picture, he wears things like this so
I thought it would be nice. I didn’t want the entire
gift to be clothing, but I think he’s really,
really gonna like these. Now I couldn’t get out of JCPenney without shopping a little bit for my kiddos, especially since I had Kaylee with me. So, we did pick up a little something for Landon and Kaylee because they had tons
of Melissa & Doug toys and goodies there. When Landon gets home from school today we’re gonna surprise him with it. Kaylee, of course, saw it because she went and shopped with me. They’ve got all kinds of
Melissa & Doug puzzles and they’ve got the cash registers and all of that fun stuff. Barbie, Disney, all of
those goodies for kiddos. And speaking of kiddos, and
since Kaylee was with me in the part one you
guys would have seen us shopping the little Mommy & Me section of the women’s apparel. They have the cutest little hats. This is the little girls hat and it comes with little mittens and of corresponding with that is the mommy hat and the mommy mittens and I had to pick up
a pair for both of us. They also had these little shawls, which I thought was so nice because sometimes you’re
not looking for the bulk, you don’t want a ton of scarf bulk or anything to keep track of. This one, you just throw it over the top, good to go. It’s nice too that it’s got
this knit on the outside, but the inside is like
the ultimate soft fleece. So that’s always good,
and it’s nice and comfy. I thought about getting my mom a hat and Kaylee a hat and me a hat all to match, but I thought that might
be a little bit too much. I don’t know. Well you guys, that is everything that I picked up in our JCPenney haul. I got some things for
grandma, for grandpa, for the kids. Also a little bit for mommy and daughter. But, they really do have
something for everyone and I just couldn’t
resist, they were too cute. The last thing that I
need to do is figure out, should I wrap these things, or should I put them in a big gift bag? What do you think? Let us know in the comments down below, do you like to wrap your gifts, or do you put them in a big gift bag? Let me know what I should do and give the video a
thumbs up if you enjoyed. Subscribe to the JCPenney YouTube channel, and you can also check me
