Woolroom is a multi-channel retailer. We have an online presence but we have 3 stores as well, including this one in Marlow. At Woolroom we sell a premium product
and it comes with a premium price tag. We find Divido really helps clinch
sales from customers who maybe otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Since Woolroom started offering Divido to our customers we’ve seen a sales increase of 20%. Divido has been really strong for Woolroom. We’ve found that customers using that tend to spend a lot more money than they probably would do
otherwise. The average order value from customers using Divido is some 700% greater than our average order value across the business. When we have customers interested in buying a bed or mattress, and they are uncomfortable in
paying a lot of money on top, we introduce them or offer them
interest finance with Divido and they can split the cost from 6, 9 or 12
months and it’s very easy. They can do it online or in-store Our customers can go
into our store and they’ll have a consultation with our staff. When they’ve
chosen the product they want to purchase, they can very quickly take an
application out with Divido. We offer them the opportunity to do that
through our tablet in-store – they can sit down and fill the details in
themselves. The process takes 3 to 4 minutes and the application is normally approved
within just 30 seconds. Our acceptance rate with Divido
has been really high. 80% of all customers who fill in an application are accepted. Our partnership with Divido has been very, very strong. They’ve always been there on the end of the phone if we need any sort of help and they supply all the
marketing collateral as well which makes it really easy for us to introduce Divido. The training process was very straightforward and very comprehensive. They got on the phone and they taught us how to use it online. The information was so comprehensive that we were then able to pass that on to our store staff internally. Yeah, it’s very straightforward 🙂
